Breck Oyama is the Managing Paralegal at the Spivak Law Firm. He joined the Spivak Law Firm in September of 2008.

Mr. Oyama received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Rhetoric and in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley in 2007. In 2008, he completed the Paralegal Studies Program at the University of California at Berkeley Extension.
